Vyndium is an ecommerce platform that enables individuals and businesses to create online stores, display products, receive customer orders, and manage their businesses online.

Vyndium provides the technology platform only. Individual sellers are responsible for the products and services they offer.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to use this platform.

By using Vyndium, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

• Provide accurate product information.
• Maintain accurate pricing.
• Fulfil customer orders promptly.
• Provide genuine customer support.
• Comply with applicable Ghanaian laws.
• Maintain the security of your account.

Sellers are solely responsible for the products they sell and all transactions with their customers.

• Provide accurate delivery information.
• Provide accurate contact details.
• Complete payments honestly.
• Communicate respectfully with sellers.

Vyndium supports Mobile Money and Paystack payment services.

Payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment providers.

Vyndium does not store your Mobile Money PIN, bank card details, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials.

Orders placed through Vyndium are agreements between buyers and individual sellers.

Sellers are responsible for:

• Accepting orders.
• Preparing products.
• Delivering products.
• Handling refunds where applicable.

Vyndium may offer Free and paid subscription plans.

Paid plans unlock additional platform features.

Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan.

Failure to renew a paid subscription may result in automatic downgrading to the Free plan.

You agree not to:

• Sell illegal products.
• Upload harmful software.
• Attempt to access unauthorized accounts.
• Interfere with platform security.
• Use Vyndium for fraudulent activities.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Spam customers.

Vyndium reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraud.
• Receive repeated customer complaints.
• Threaten platform security.

Vyndium owns all rights to the platform, software, branding, trademarks, and related content.

Sellers retain ownership of the content they upload, including product images, descriptions, logos, and branding.

By uploading content, sellers grant Vyndium a non-exclusive licence to display that content for the purpose of operating the platform.

We strive to keep Vyndium available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen events may temporarily affect availability.

Vyndium provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyndium shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits.
• Business interruption.
• Indirect damages.
• Disputes between buyers and sellers.
• Actions of third-party payment providers.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vyndium, its owners, employees, and affiliates against claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

We may modify, improve, or discontinue features of the platform at any time.

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of Vyndium after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
